Stonehenge has fascinated people probably since it was first built. Many wonder what its original purpose was. Was it an astrological calendar? Was it a location to practice rituals related to old beliefs? No one can say for sure what its original purpose was but that doesn't take away from the beauty of this sacred place. Bring a bit of Stonehenge to your home with this beautiful painting featuring my rendition of what Stonehenge may have looked like originally set amongst a wonderful grass setting.
